Firstly, check does your computer connect directly by USB to your plotter (our software doesn’t work through WI-FI) Secondly check if your plotter in HP GL mode (you can change it in the plotter settings, please read your plotter manual for this) Thirdly please download AnyDesk software from this link https://anydesk.com/en/downloads/windows In order our specialists will be able to connect your computer remotely and try to fixed the problem if it is possible.

Yes, it does! Our SOFTWARE is BETA version. We don't have inside payment system - you will have to pay through our website. Simply write to us the amount of money you want us to recharge and we will send you the payment link and then after you pay we will put more money on your account. ANY AMOUNT IS ACCEPTABLE. There is no AUTONESTING system you will need to set up patterns by yourself or use our unique pre-made patterns layouts. Also there is still no option to change patterns inside our software - No EDITING function but we are working on it. Everything will be added to our software this year!
